Last Oct. 12, 2017, VENTENY INC. and (CCAP) Contact Center Association of the Philippines, has entered into a partnership to rolling out a system-wide Employee Community Portal for all CCAP member companies.
CCAP represents the most prominent contact centers in the Philippines with its current community count at around 800,000 employees. With CCAPs partnership with VENTENY INC, CCAP can further engage, track, and give a better sense of belongingness of each employee working in different member companies – through the use of a very simple platform provided by VENTENY.
The platform provides employees access to many company specific benefits, performance incentives, continuing education programs in addition to VENTENY’s current perks and benefits provided by its 400 member merchants. The goal is to provide all members under CCAP a better way to reach out to their employees professional merits together with insight gathering on performance, habits, and trends which all Contact Centers can benefit from.
