Terms And Conditions

VENTENY reserves the right to amend the Membership Terms & Conditions without prior notice, and to revoke Membership for any breach thereof. Members constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions stipulated below.


  • Corporate Membership shall be open to companies.
  • Lifestyle Membership shall be open to organizations, associations or other
  • registered entities representing a certain group of sector.

Membership Card

  • VENTENY members shall be provided with membership card. Members must use
  • the card responsibly and shall ensure complete knowledge of the terms and conditions set by merchant stores to avail the perks and discounts. They must carry their cards at all times.
  • Members shall create their web (hereafter referred as “Website”) profile via
  • http://venteny.com and/or download the VENTENY mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) on their smartphone to access their membership account, virtual membership card and QR code.
  • The membership card and/or the virtual membership card shall be presented
  • during purchase to earn points and to enjoy member benefits and privileges. Points shall not be earned retroactively. VENTENY strictly observes the NO VIRTUAL CARD, NO POINTS policy.
  • Membership shall be non-transferable. Membership benefits may not be used
  • other than the person whose name appears on the membership account, but might be extendable to other people depending of the terms and conditions set by the merchant stores. VENTENY and its merchant partners reserve the right to request for Proof of Identification upon use.

Point System

  • Members shall earn points randomly assigned to each merchant store.
  • Points shall be earned based on cash or credit or debit card transactions only.
  • Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or VRewards/rebate vouchers shall not be eligible to earn points.
  • Points shall not be transferable and convertible to cash.
  • Points balances may be viewed via VENTENY web profile or mobile app.

VRewards Vouchers

  • VENTENY Members shall earn points only from cash, credit card, and debit card
  • transactions. Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or rebate vouchers are not eligible to earn points.
  • VRewards/rebate vouchers shall not be transferable and convertible to cash.
  • VRewards/rebate vouchers shall be redeemed electronically using the VENTENY
  • mobile app.
  • VRewards/rebate vouchers shall be valid within 72 hours from time of
  • redemption. VRewards/rebate voucher shall expire after 72 hours of non-usage. Members shall present the electronic voucher to any representative of VENTENY’s merchant store. The VRewards/rebate voucher shall expire within 10 minutes upon claiming.
  • VENTENY merchant stores reserve the right to check the veracity of the electronic
  • voucher.


  • Upon registration, members shall provide data including their name, gender,
  • birthday, email address, mobile number, and others.
  • Members shall keep their information file up-to-date. Any changes may be done
  • via the VENTENY mobile app and/or website.
  • For security reasons, member name, birthdate, and photo may only be updated
  • once upon registration to the Application. Members may freely update their information and profile photo. Any use of fake information and/or profile photo shall be the member’s sole responsibility.
  • VENTENY shall not be responsible for any loss of offers and rewards resulting from
  • member details being outdated or inaccurate.

Privacy Policy and Communication

  • Member information shall be kept confidential. Any processing of personal data
  • shall be in compliance with the Republic Act 10173 or the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”.
  • Appropriate measures reasonable to the circumstances shall be implemented to
  • ensure that the members’ information is secured.
  • VENTENY shall collect and use members’ information, including personal data, for the following purposes:
    1. To Improve customer service. Member information provided by the
    2. members helps VENTENY respond to customer service requests faster and support customer needs more efficiently.
    3. To Personalize user experience. Member information is aggregated and
    4. used to understand how users as a group use the services and resources provided by our website to customize user experience according to group preferences.
    5. To Improve our Site and Application. Member feedback improves our
    6. products and services.
    7. To Share your information with third parties for your interest. Member
    8. information will not be sold nor rented to any third-party organization. Names and mailing addresses may be accessible to partner organizations of VENTENY for marketing and other legitimate purposes to improve product offerings and customer service.
    9. To Run promotions. Member information provided is used to run
    10. promotions, such as contests, surveys, and other related features of the website and the mobile app.
    11. To Update members of their membership status. Member information is
    12. used to update members of their membership status and corresponding privileges.
    13. To Inform members. Members will be informed of the following:
      • Information about topics that will be of interest to them
      • and which they agreed to receive;
      • Information and updates pertaining to their inquiries,
      • questions, and other requests; and,
      • Company news, updates, related product or service
      • information, among others, if the user decides to opt-in to our mailing list. (If at any time the member would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or member may contact us via our website or Application.)
      • In accordance with the Republic Act 10173 or the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, members are entitled to the following rights:
        1. Be informed. Members have the right to be notified
        2. and furnished with information before personal data enters VENTENY’s data processing system.
        3. Object. Members have the right to object to our
        4. processing of personal data and withdraw consent in case of changes in the information previously provided. Member personal data shall no longer be processed with the exceptions enumerated under the law.
        5. Access. Members have the right to access or demand
        6. access to view practically all that will happen to the member’s personal data, which include but are not limited to the description of the personal data, purpose for collection, collection process, use, distribution, disclosure, storage, disposal, and destruction.
        7. Rectify. Members have the right to dispute, under
        8. reasonable circumstances, the inaccuracies or errors in the personal data and have the same corrected immediately and accordingly.
        9. Erase or block. Members have the right to suspend or
        10. withdraw, order the blocking, removal or destruction of personal data from VENTENY filing system, upon discovery and substantial proof of the conditions enumerated under the law.
        11. Be indemnified. Members have the right to receive
        12. compensation for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data.
        13. Data Portability. Members have the right to obtain a
        14. copy of electronically processed personal data in an

Promotions and Other Programs

  • Data and content about members shall be used for invitations and
  • communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement, and our Services.
  • Targeted advertisements shall be served to members using the following data, whether separately or combined:
    1. Data from advertising technologies such as ad tags, cookies, and device
    2. identifiers;
    3. Member-provided information (e.g., contact information, profession, and
    4. address);
    5. Data from purchases (e.g., store, date, product categories, items);
    6. Information from others (e.g. advertising partners, publishers and data
    7. aggregators);
    8. Information inferred from data described above (e.g., using birthday to
    9. infer age, profession for industry, or names for gender).

Membership Support

  • We use the data (which can include your communications) needed to investigate,
  • respond to and resolve complaints and Service issues (e.g., bugs).

Legal Disclosure

  • Member information shall be shared when it is required by law, or when such
  • sharing is necessary to protect the rights and ensure the security of members and VENTENY.
  • Member information may be disclosed when required by law, subpoena, or other
  • legal process, or if VENTENY has a belief in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you; (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; or, (4) protect the security or integrity of VENTENY.
  • VENTENY shall attempt to notify Members about legal demands for their member
  • information, including personal data, when deemed appropriate in our judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order, or when the request is for an emergency.
  • VENTENY may dispute legal demands when the same is deemed excessive, vague,
  • or unauthorized.

Member Consent to Terms and Conditions

  • Enrolment to the VENTENY Corporate and Lifestyle Membership Programs shall
  • indicate the Member’s agreement to all the Terms and Conditions herein stipulated.
  • VENTENY shall reserve the right to terminate or suspend benefits of any Member
  • at its sole discretion, or revoke Membership for any breach or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Members of VENTENY shall agree to have his or her information continually
  • collected until the same is no longer an active member of VENTENY.
  • Any changes or modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective
  • immediately upon posting to the Website and Application.
