Meet Tri Ismardiko, Chief Technology Officer, VENTENY

Tri Ismardiko, fondly known as “Tri,” began his journey at VENTENY in May 2023 as Vice President of Technology. In April 2024, he was entrusted with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role, overseeing technological development while enhancing various aspects of the company’s business. With over a year of experience at VENTENY, Tri continues contributing to education as a lecturer at Universitas Esa Unggul, where he also pursued higher education.

Tri’s career started in IT, which was supported by his education at a private university in Jakarta. He began as a programmer and IT support professional across diverse mining, multimedia, and healthcare industries. These roles paved the way for strategic positions, including web developer at Siloam Hospitals and key roles at Lippo Group, contributing to OVO and Nobu ePay teams. He also served as IT Director at a P2P lending company and co-founded Lababu. Later, Tri returned to the healthcare industry, joining Mayapada Healthcare, where he led the development of Mayapada Clinic and Indolab applications.

In 2023, Tri’s journey led him to VENTENY, a move he believed was destined. Recognizing the company’s potential with its four pillars—V-Merchant, V-Insurance, V-Health, and V-Academy—Tri found these areas closely aligned with his professional experience.

As CTO, Tri brings a unique philosophy to his role. To him, the “C” in CTO not only stands for Chief but also for Customer. Customer satisfaction is his top priority in every technological development. He instills this belief in his team, emphasizing collaboration, responsibility, and maturity as foundational values. Tri envisions teamwork as a family-like dynamic where every member feels valued and supported.

Tri also fosters a positive work culture within his team, encouraging mutual assistance and respect. He believes simple gestures like gratitude can build a supportive work environment. Additionally, he motivates his team to pursue their dreams and financial freedom, reminding them that success is not just about individual achievements but also about creating a positive impact.
