The Corporate Secretary is a supporting organ for the Board of Directors that has an important role in implementing good corporate governance. The Corporate Secretary acts as the official liaison between the Company and shareholders, stakeholders, authorities and regulators, supporting institutions, mass media and the general public. Zasa Kinanti has held the position of Corporate Secretary since June 2023.
