Katsuya Kitano

Katsuya Kitano was appointed as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 001/VFI/SK/DK/VIII/22 dated August 12, 2022.

Katsuya Kitano is a Japanese citizen, serving as Commissioner of PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk since August 2022. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Studies from Osaka University in 2000.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Ocean Capital Inc. (since 2009) and previously held various positions at Mitsubishi Corporation (1999 – 2009).

Affiliation: Has no affiliation with the Board of Directors and other Board of Commissioners but has affiliation with the Shareholders.
