Jakarta, January 30, 2024 – PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk officially establishes a strategic partnership with KOPEL BULOG to enhance the welfare of its workforce and members in the ecosystem of the Cooperative of Employees and Retirees of BULOG and BULOG Pensioners through theVENTENY Employee Super App. This collaboration is marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Damar Raditya, COO of Group VENTENY, and Fatah Yasin, Chairman of KOPEL BULOG, in Jakarta on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) represents a commitment and synergy from KOPEL BULOG to ensure the welfare of its employees and members through the VENTENY Employee Super App.
The Employee Benefits program proposed by VENTENY will serve as a strong foundation for creating a work environment that supports professional growth and holistic well-being for employees and members affiliated with KOPEL BULOG. KOPEL BULOG is a cooperative aimed at improving the welfare of BULOG’s employees and pensioners, and this partnership marks a strategic step towards prioritizing the welfare of employees and members as the working environment evolves dynamically. Perum BULOG is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in food logistics, employing approximately 5,000 workers in various business scopes, including logistics services, warehousing, transportation, pest survey and eradication, and food commodity trading.
