Whistleblowing System (“WBS”) is a means of communication provided by the Company to complain or provide information related to acts/behavior/events/events of violation, abuse and fraud against the law, company regulations, code of ethics, and conflicts of interest committed by the Company’s internal parties.

The WBS mechanism is through the submission of confidential reports through the facilities provided by the Company. The report will be followed up by a party appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors (Person in Charge – PIC).

The benefits of developing WBS include providing an early warning system for possible problems due to a violation. Whistleblowers are guaranteed protection and confidentiality of each complaint/disclosure. The mechanism for reporting violations can be submitted to the Company via email WBS@venteny.com.
